oh wow.

lol. went to marina barrage with the chiang, chang and chan family.

all rhymes and then pops out the woon sisters. hahaha(:

apparently the chiang family was seriously late. like when we reached the parking lot they were still at home. the organisers are late. hahaha(:

the place is like super cool. alot of space to run around.

raced down this super long and windy path with brandon and luke like 3 times?

and the sad thing is i'm starting to constantly lose to them ):

then we went to play around at the water thinghy and everyone got wet all over-.-

after being drenched by jemuel and lemuel crazily splashing water all over me,

uncle spencer went "okay! time to go up. later you miss the fireworks!"

"daddy, what time isit now?" (samuel)

"hmm. about 10pm?"

"then we still have two hours more! please.. let us play for AWHILE MORE!"

"okay. 10mins?"

"half hour okay? okay uh!"

"aiya, tomorrow bring you to uncle joshua's house go swimming la!"

"really? what time?"

"very early."

"how early?"

"10am!"

(and they didn't turn up. haha)

so when samuel, brandon and luke were walking up the super long slope,

they were making butt marks on the wall.

(cos they're pants were really wet)

and uncle spencer was like (half laughing)

"samuel.... don't do that! aiyo.."

and samuel started making foot prints instead.

funny la they all.

remind me of last year when eating lunch, samuel was putting his feet on the chair.

"samuel! put your leg down!"

(samuel puts his leg down, and after eating one scoop of rice, puts the other leg up)

super super funny la!

finally found all the other adults, sat down, ate all of the chips aunty lybea brought(:

and then there was some performances.

then this group of indian people were standing in front of us.

whistling like mad.

super irritating luh!

but anyway, all of the kids took turns to pray for a verse for the year ahead.

and i got isaiah 54:2(:

"enlarge the place of your tent, stretch your curtains wide, do not hold back; lengthen your cords, strengthen your stakes."

actually i don't really understand this verse. hah.

but daddy says is something about my territory?

heh. confusing. shall ask uncle spencer next time i see him.

at about 11 plus, me abby and jo started sending off new year sms.

scared at 12am jam. hahaha(:

only sent to my squad and band eh.

so not really alot.

FINALLY AT 12AM.

counted down, and there was the fireworks.

quite pretty eh. and jemuel (who was so lucky to be carried by me) was like.

hahaha. very amusing to see their expressions.

there was this spark at the side that uncle spencer said was supposed to be set off if a boat is lost so the people can locate it.

and jemuel thought it was a bomb. hahahahaha.

super super funny la!

so went home, had some really funny things that happened during our attempt to fetch bryan from church. apparently he attempted to walk home from TC! 

"bryan where are you now?"

"in marine parade."

"and shops or whatsoever around you?"

"7-eleven"

"there are 100 7 elevens in singapore!"

"there's caltex!"

after awhile, called again.

"are you sure its caltex not esso?"

"oh wait. i think its esso"

"no its shell!"

hahahaha.

managed to find him in the end(:

they thought of going for supper at drive 6 but it was like 2am so me and jo went home first.
